Our Mezcal

Pa'l Dolor

ENSEMBLE 4 AGAVES YOUNG WHITE MEZCAL


It is the limited edition masterpiece of our mezcalero master, which combines four carefully selected types of agave. The alchemy of the Espadín agaves (Agave angustifolia), Arroqueño (Agave americana oaxacensis), Coyote (Agave americana) and Barril (Agave Karwinskii), merges in the double distillation in copper stills to give us an agressive herbal flavor charming of the senses, soft on the palate that caresses the heart and relieves pain.

Our ensemble mezcal is made with high agave selection standards, with the right age maduration and a handcrafted process with no additional elements that could alter the pulp´s fermentation to end in copper stills that give Pal´Dolor´s taste. We follow the lines of regulation of the NOM-070-SCFI-1994 to achive our alcohol grade.
